A pure unadulterated expression of Barbadian rum. Hailing from the Foursquare Distillery this independent bottling has been welcomed with open arms into the Libations Cask Reserve Series. Reracked into a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask the final 3 months of this rums 12 year maturation was spent in the UK’s first 'Warm Room'. Mimicking that tropical environment that the rum enjoyed so much at source.

Tasting Notes 

Nose - Over ripe fruit, butterscotch, pear drops, tobacco
Mid palate - dried fruit, gently smoked oak, the suggestion of tar
Finish - long mouth coating finish consisting of tropical fruits and sweetened lightly smoked oak
