50ml Libations Spiced or Piña Rum
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 tsp Simple Syrup
Garnish - Orange Zest
Add Angostura Bitters and sugar syrup to rocks glass
Stir for approx. 30 seconds
Fill glass with ice, add rum
Stir for additional 30 seconds and twist orange zest
RUM OLD FASHIONED
50ml Libations Spiced Rum
200ml Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
Wedge of lime
Fill highball generously with ice
Add ginger beer
Squeeze in lime juice
Float Libations Spiced Rum
DARK ISH 'N' STORMY
50ml Libations Spiced or Piña Rum
25ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Garnish - Lime
Fill shaker with ice add above ingredients and shake well
Double strain into a gimlet or martini glass

Garnish - Sprig of rosemary
Fill highball with ice

25ml Coffee Liqueur (Kahlua or Mr Black is our preference)
Coffee beans
Fill shaker with ice
Add 50ml Libations to shaker
Add 25ml of Coffee Liqueur
