This careful curated blend is then laid to rest for a further 3 months in an extra-juicy Rioja cask within our 'Warm Room'. Temperature controlled to mimic tropical ageing the 'Warm Room' gets the very best from this robust blend and juicy cask.
Tasting Notes
Nose - dried fruit, soft leather, dark chocolate, fortified cherry
Mid palate - suggestion of soaked leather, dried raisin and plum
Finish - burnt caramel, intense dark chocolate
