50ml Cask Aged Maraschino Cherry Finish Rum 
3 Dashes of Bitters
Brown Sugar

Muddle the sugar and bitters together, then add the rum, fill glass with ice and mix for 30 seconds. Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry
